Mobile is Big for Small Businesses

It’s official: Small Businesses rely heavily on mobile. In fact, according to a study by AT&T, 47% of the small businesses surveyed said that they would find it very difficult to survive without the mobile apps that they are currently using. Most agree that they will be investing more in all aspects of mobile in 2013, and nearly a third already use mobile-friendly websites to engage with their customers.
