Product Support Analyst

Job description

We’re looking for candidate to manage product technical support responsibilities at our Pune, India office primarily in order to support our global clients. The role will involve technical support & client satisfaction for our in-house software products which include Q*Aggregator a product data aggregation platform and Q*Engine a mobile engagement platform for brands working as part of the client support team as well as the product team. It will involve client relations, resolving customer challenges via email (primarily), phone or presentations and co-ordinating with the software developers.

  • Ability to interact with clients globally across various regions
  • Passion for client management and satisfaction
  • Technical understanding or aptitude to pick up technical know-how will be important
  • Analytical abilities and problem solving
  • Experience in writing technical user guides would be an added advantage.
